Joseph Stailn (1878-1953) Joseph Stailn was a dictator of the Union of The Soviet Socialist Republics from 1929 to 1953. Under Stailn The USSR was transformed from a farming country to an industrial super power. Stailn is mostly known for his ruthlessness. He was stone cold and did anything to keep order respect, and power. Stalin a Russian dictator colder than the snow that fell there.He placed fear in the hearts of many from his own people to entire nations. He killed as he saw fit maintaining order, power and fear.
Stalin grew up poor, his dad was an alcoholic who beat his son constantly. His viloent upbringing may be the cause of heatless and cruel ruling later in his life. Later stalin received a scholarship to Georgian Orthodox Church. It was there when he began to read “The Communist Manifesto” He was later expelled for missing his exams. After his schooling years he took part in labor protests and was involved in criminal activities such as banks heists that held money for the bolshevik party he was then exiled to serbia. In 1912, Lenin, was exiled to Switzerland, Joseph Stalin was appointed by lenin to serve on the first Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party. After three years on November 1917, the Bolsheviks seized power in Russia. The Soviet Union was founded in 1922, with Lenin as its first leader. During Lenin’s rule Stalin continued to climb up the ranks until Lenin died in 1924. Lenin did not want Stalin to take power He feared that stalin would be too brutal and he was right. Stalin wriggled his way to power using propaganda taking advantage that his opponent was out of the country. After winning and correpting the people stailn began a period of ruthlessness that is still rembered and learned about today. |
